The survivor of a capturing at an Oklahoma marijuana farm that killed 4 individuals has been arrested after being launched from a hospital the place he was handled for gunshot wounds.

Lin remained jailed Saturday based on jail data, though courtroom paperwork don’t present that formal prices have but been filed.

The straw proprietor had no involvement within the operation, has not been charged and voluntarily surrendered to the narcotics bureau his registration for the farm, the submitting said.
Three males and a lady, all Chinese language nationals as is Lin, had been “executed” within the Nov. 20 capturing in a storage on the farm, police have stated.
The suspect within the capturing, Chen Wu, 45, was arrested in Florida two days later and has been charged with 4 counts of first-degree homicide and one depend of assault and battery with a lethal weapon.
A not responsible plea has been entered for Wu, who stays jailed with out bail.
Wu had demanded $300,000 be returned to him as a portion of his funding within the farm, prosecutors stated in courtroom paperwork, and he opened fireplace when the cash couldn’t be given to him instantly.
