The Sooners never were able to regain their nonconference form in conference play as they fell in their final game to drop to 8-10 in the conference. But now, it’s tournament season. They face a TCU team who were beaten at home 79-77 or we would be having another Red River Rivalry matchup.

Advice and prediction

I just don’t know if this Sooner team still has the same fight it did earlier in the season. It looks like a team that has almost mailed it in. 20 wins most likely gets them in the NCAA Tournament, but the best way to guarantee a berth is to keep winning. A win against TCU would go a long way.

The two sides faced off once during the season TCU beat the Sooners when they were playing their best and considered a top 10 team. I don’t see things changing this go around especially with Rivaldo Soares being questionable and the report that Javian McCollum reaggravated his shoulder injury.

Prediction: TCU wins and covers 83-65.
