(KTEN) — Six years in the past, Oklahoma voters handed State Query 780 and State Query 781, which modified sure drug-related crimes from felonies to misdemeanors. The laws promised to shift the cash that was saved on sending folks to jail put money into drug rehabilitation facilities.

However six years later, no cash has ever been deposited into the account created by State Query 781.
