By Pat Neasbitt Master Gardener Winter feels like it has finally arrived in Oklahoma, and next week will be the coldest of the season so far. Thank goodness most of us have been getting some rain because that will help plants survive extreme cold and be better prepared for spring growing. More plants are killed during a cold, dry winter than in a cold, wet winter. There are many things we can do now to start the New Year off right and make this gardening season the best possible. Prepare for the cold. Get those hoses unhooked, and empty water…
