The previous police chief of Fairview has waived extradition from Ohio to face expenses in Main County.

Dan Smith will accompany a Sheriff’s Workplace deputy again to Oklahoma to face expenses stemming from the unlawful sale of two transformers obtained by way of embezzlement from town of Fairview.
