Amber Alert: Oklahoma law enforcement looking for 14-year-old girl

MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. — Oklahoma Freeway Patrol issued an Amber Alert on Monday evening as they search for a 14-year-old lady out of Marshall County.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Workplace requested the alert after they are saying 14-year-old Abby Carter was taken by 43-year-old Amy Payne round 3 p.m. in Kingston, Oklahoma.

Anybody who sees both Carter or Payne is requested to name 911.
