2 injured after natural gas explosion sends flames into Oklahoma City sky near Lake Stanley Draper
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Two folks had been injured in a pure gasoline explosion that crammed the sky with flame close to Lake Stanley Draper in Oklahoma Metropolis on Thursday.
The explosion occurred simply after 2 p.m.
Chopper 4 was within the sky capturing footage of flames capturing into the air.
The Oklahoma Metropolis Fireplace Division says 5 folks had been working on the scene when the explosion occurred. Two suffered accidents and had been taken to a hospital.
The explosion ignited a grassfire that burned 10 acres surrounding the location. The grassfire was introduced underneath management inside an hour.
Investigators don’t but know what brought on the explosion.
