Wounded Dump Truck Driver Arrested in Road-Rage Shootout

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — A dump truck driver who was shot and wounded on Wednesday in a street rage incident in North Carolina’s capital metropolis has been charged within the incident, police stated.

A spokeswoman for Raleigh police stated that at round 11 a.m., a dump truck ran a pink gentle, main the driving force of an Audi to observe it.

Police stated the dump truck driver pulled out a gun through the confrontation and fired on the Audi. The driving force of the Audi fired on the dump truck and hit the driving force within the leg. Police stated his damage seemed to be non-life threatening.

Sylvester Stokes, 52, was arrested and charged him with assault with a lethal weapon with intent to kill, in addition to possession of a firearm by a felon, police stated. His standing wasn’t out there Wednesday night.
