North Carolina is at a crossroads on training. A protracted-running struggle over instructor pay has come to a head, the state is getting ready a pilot program which will overhaul how we pay, license and consider academics. We’re shifting how we train studying in elementary colleges, and all of our colleges shall be dealing, for years, with fallout from the pandemic.
