North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University fined $2 million
GREENSBORO, N.C. (WTVD) — North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State College is being fined tens of millions of {dollars} for enrolling too many out-of-state college students.
The UNC system ordered the college to pay $2 million from its present finances.
The UNC board of governors mentioned the college exceeded an out-of-state registration cap of 35 p.c, and had a complete 41 p.c of out-of-state college students.
