WASHINGTON, N.C. (WITN) – A baby that was reported lacking Thursday has been discovered.

Justice Wiggins, who’s 12 years previous, was reported lacking Thursday afternoon, prompting Washington police to ask for the general public’s assist to find him. In accordance with police, Justice has been positioned and is protected.
