17-year-old charged with attempted murder after NC shooting
LA GRANGE, N.C. — A 17-year-old is in custody following the Feb. 3 taking pictures of a person in La Grange.
{The teenager} was taken into custody Monday at a house on Faculty Avenue in Kinston following the Feb. 3 taking pictures of a 20-year-old man on Cypress Grove Drive.
Based on police, he can be positioned within the custody of North Carolina Division of Public Security in a juvenile detention middle and charged with tried homicide, theft with a harmful weapon, felony conspiracy, larceny of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
This case stays underneath investigation.
