What TV channel is the Alabama-Mississippi State football game on?

Alabama football’s game against Mississippi State was scheduled for an 8 p.m. start on ESPN, which means an 8:10 p.m. kickoff in Starkville. The start time is unchanged, but the broadcast of the game will begin on ESPNews.

The game can also be viewed on the ESPN app.

The reason for the change is the Ole Miss vs. LSU game in Oxford running long. The Alabama game will shift back to ESPN after the prior contest concludes.

Alabama enters the game against Mississippi State fresh off a win in its SEC opener against Ole Miss in Bryant-Denny Stadium. The Bulldogs lost to South Carolina last week on the road in Columbia.

The Crimson Tide will be without two of its major contributors against the Bulldogs. Inside linebacker Deontae Lawson and offensive guard Terrence Ferguson were not in uniform for pregame warmups.

Ole Miss beat LSU in that game.
