Weekend police chase involving a number of Mississippi companies ends with deadly crash

A police pursuit by a number of Mississippi regulation enforcement companies ended with a deadly crash Sunday evening.
Jackson information sources report that one man was killed after a police chase that originated in Pearl ended with a crash in Flowood close to the intersection of Flowood Drive and Previous Fannin Street round 7 p.m. Sunday.
Rankin County coroner David Ruth confirmed to WLBT and WAPT in Jackson that one man died on account of the crash.
Officers with the Metropolis of Pearl confirmed to the information stations that the police chase began in Pearl.
Officers from Pearl, Flowood, the Rankin County Sheriff’s Workplace and the Mississippi Freeway Patrol have been on the scene of the crash Sunday.
