MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) -The final night of competition began with the announcement of this year’s Top 10 which included the following:

  • Starkville’s Maggie Martin
  • George County’s Abbie McKissack
  • Lauderdale County’s Maddie Clayton
  • Lafayette County’s Ava Randle
  • Lamar County’s Katie Weir
  • Stone County’s Grace Ann Courtney
  • Petal’s Lauren Shows
  • East Jackson County’s Sara-Kate Welborn
  • Madison County’s Vahita Anand
  • Pearl River County’s Adleigh Fricke

The Spirit of DYW award, voted on by the participants, was awarded to Attala County’s Zere Woolie.

Overall awards were presented to the following:

  • Scholastic: Madison County’s Vahita Anand
  • Talent: Lamar County’s Katie Weir
  • Fitness: Hinds County’s Ellen Morgan
  • Self-Expression: Stone County’s Grace Ann Courtney
  • 3rd Alternate: Madison County’s Vahita Anand
  • 2nd Alternate: Lamar County’s Katie Weir
  • 1st Alternate: Starkville’s Maggie Martin
  • Distinguished Young Woman of Mississippi 2025: Stone County’s Grace Ann Courtney
