OUTLOOK: Miss Mississippi’s Outstanding Teen to be crowned in Vicksburg – The Vicksburg Post
Vicksburg is ready to host the Miss Mississippi’s Excellent Teen Competitors subsequent weekend, and 19 contestants shall be vying for the title.

About Terri Cowart Frazier
Terri Frazier was born in Cleveland. Shortly afterward, the household moved to Vicksburg.
