Mississippi: Seed and Ag Technology Short Course, Starkville, Aug. 15-16

Seed trade representatives, agricultural professionals, producers, crop consultants and analysis scientists are inspired to attend the Seed and Agricultural Expertise Brief Course at Mississippi State College Aug. 15-16.

Hosted by the MSU Extension Service and the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station, the quick course can be held on the Bost Extension Convention Heart at MSU.

Members will find out about carbon credit score market economics, agricultural autonomous applied sciences, administration and implementation of precision agricultural data and knowledge, and prescriptive and high-speed planting applied sciences for seed and crop manufacturing.

MSU college, seed trade professionals and representatives from the U.S. Division of Agriculture may also talk about postharvest pest administration, industrial electrical security, seed-borne illnesses, state and federal seed legal guidelines, and rules of seed and grain storage and drying.

The second day of the quick course will function a hands-on demonstration and coaching in seed processing, cleansing and conditioning gear.

The quick course registration charge is $50, which covers meals, lecture classes and printed supplies.
