When Mississippi Energy discovered an worker had household in Rolling Fork in want of assist, they didn’t hesitate to help.

Mississippi Energy stepped up this week to assist the Boston household and others within the city.

Staff collected sufficient provides in 48 hours to fill an 18-wheeler to ship to the gathering heart on the town.

As well as, Mississippi Energy made a donation to the United Approach to assist Rolling Fork — and it was matched by the Southern Firm.

“That is my hometown. I grew up right here on this road,” Boston stated from Rolling Fork. “That’s my mother and my aunt’s residence that you simply see within the background. Fortunately, they survived, however so many others misplaced their lives, misplaced all the things on this group.
