Mississippi officer fatally shot, suspect on the run
JACKSON, Miss. — The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) is investigating after an officer with the Meridian Police Division was shot and killed.
The officer, who has not been recognized by identify, and an unidentified lady have been discovered on the scene.
The suspect, 31-year-old Dante Marquez Bender, is believed to be driving a 2004 Black Nissan Armada with a tag studying “IMANI.”
Bender could also be armed and harmful, the MBI stated. And requested that when you see him or are available contact with him, please name 911.

Meridian is a metropolis of greater than 40,000 folks situated about 90 miles east of the Mississippi capital of Jackson.
