Man in critical condition after being stabbed in chest at Mississippi apartment complex
ADAMS CO., Miss. (WLBT) – A man is in critical condition after being stabbed in the chest at an apartment complex.
A press release says Adams County deputies were called to Merit Health on Sunday regarding a man with a stab wound.
After investigating, authorities determined that the incident occurred at the Riverwood Manor Apartments.
Deputies then found and detained the suspect, Jariod Lamar Hauer, for allegedly stabbing Keith Matthews.
According to the press release, investigators interviewed Hauer and obtained the knife from inside his apartment.
Hauer is charged with aggravated domestic violence.
