District Lawyer Bubba Bramlett introduced Thursday that Querjajuan Butler, 24, of Metairie, Louisiana pled responsible to Marquez Lindsey’s dying.

Lindsey, a Canton, Mississippi native died from his accidents after being transported to the College of Mississippi.

Butler was sentenced to serve a most of forty years behind bars.
