Faculty and staff invited to candidate presentations for State Chemist/Mississippi State Chemical Lab director

MSU school, workers and college students are invited to take part in three upcoming candidate shows for the place of State Chemist and director of the Mississippi State Chemical Laboratory.

The three finalists for the place will give shows which are open to the MSU neighborhood on June 14, June 24 and June 27 within the Bost theatre. Every presentation will happen at 2 p.m. and will likely be livestreamed.

The finalists will likely be introduced the day earlier than their particular person shows.

The Mississippi State Chemical Laboratory is a state-funded company housed on the MSU campus. The lab works in cooperation with the Mississippi Division of Agriculture and Commerce to develop rules for and conduct evaluation of animal feeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural limes and petroleum merchandise offered in Mississippi. The lab assures the standard of retail meals, fuels, livestock feeds, crop safety merchandise and extra.
