DA: Mississippi murder suspect caught in Dallas County

DALLAS COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) – A person wished for homicide in one other state is now in custody in Alabama, in accordance with Dallas County District Lawyer Michael Jackson.

Jackson stated 22-year-old Edward Leon Bush Jr., of Greenwood, Mississippi, was captured in Dallas County Sunday. Bush is needed on a homicide cost out of Mississippi. He’s additionally suspected of stealing a car in Hale County on Sept. 1.

Jackson stated Bush was discovered Sunday morning on Freeway 80 at mile marker 74, between Selma and Marion Junction. He was attempting to flag down a experience when he was arrested, the district lawyer stated.

Bush was reportedly first seen in Dallas County Thursday when he stopped on the Nation Retailer in Marion Junction to get fuel for the stolen car. Based on Jackson, Bush fled into the woods when officers approached.
