David Beckham is arguably more excited than anyone about Lionel Messi’s arrival to Miami. So much so, the MLS team co-owner commissioned a massive art mural with the likeness of the soccer superstar right in the heart of Miami (Wynwood neighborhood).

As Messi is set to be unveiled on July 16 at Inter Miami’s DRV PNK Stadium, it’s only a matter a time before masses of visitors flock to visit the large art installation to honor whom most consider the best soccer player of all time.

Where is Messi’s Miami mural located?

To find the mural, one must make their way to the Wynwood neighborhood. Despite it’s massive size, it can still fail to stand out in the trendy modern arts district of the city. The wall with Messi’s likeness is located exactly at 148 NW 28th St. It is located just above a retail location and next to a new apartment complex.

Victoria Beckham, David’s wife, gushed over her hubby’s latest art venture on Instagram: “Only arrived a few days ago and he got straight to it! Is there anything he can’t do?!”. The former Manchester United, Real Madrid and Galaxy star even got to partake in its creation, stroking a brush under the artist’s supervision.

The Beckhams will spend the next weeks in Miami, despite it being ‘low season’ due to nearly record-high temperatures engulfing South Florida. However, nothing will make the proud co-owner not be in the stands for the monumental debut of Leo Messi: the soon-to-be biggest superstar to ever grace the MLS.
