Domestic violence: Suspect in Knaus Berry Farm owners’ attack to appear in Miami-Dade court
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – The Knaus Berry Farm opened for enterprise on Monday in south Miami-Dade County, as the person who attacked the homeowners awaited his courtroom look.
Corrections officers have held Travis Grafe since 11:20 a.m., Saturday, on the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Heart after the home violence incident, county data present.
Cops accused him of attacking his mother and father, Rachel Knaus Grafe and Herbert Grafe, on Friday at their residence close to the intersection of Coconut Palm Drive and Newton Street.
“We’re overwhelmed with this communities kindness! We obtained encouraging phrases from Rachel’s physician in the present day. A slight enchancment! Will probably be a protracted street to restoration however (we) are hopeful,” a Knaus Berry Farm consultant wrote on Instagram Sunday.
The “household emergency” prompted the closure of the farm on Saturday.
