Cemex supplied the concrete for the massive foundation pour of Okan Tower, a 70-story mixed-use tower that will be one of Miami’s tallest buildings.

Designed by Behar Font & Partners, the tower will have a hotel, residences, office space, and a curved silhouette inspired by a tulip.

The foundation pour required 1200 concrete trucks, a crew of 300 working 36 hours straight, 160 drivers, and approximately 10 000 yd3 of concrete. Okan Tower will offer panoramic views of the city and the bay, as well as amenities like a sky pool, a spa, a fitness centre, a restaurant, and a helipad.
