An out-of-state suspect has been detained following a reported bomb menace Monday at Frostburg State College in Frostburg, Maryland, the varsity mentioned.

Police introduced bomb sniffing canines on campus after a number of buildings had been evacuated.

“FSU was notified of a doable menace to campus,” Frostburg State mentioned in a press release. “Out of an abundance of warning, a number of buildings had been evacuated. Pupil, school and employees security is our precedence. We’re working with all applicable public security businesses.”

The campus introduced an “all clear” shortly after 9 p.m., about three hours after the bomb scare began.
