BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The College of Maryland, Baltimore County’s footprint may quickly be a lot bigger. The Maryland Board of Public Works will vote Wednesday on transferring the Spring Grove Hospital Middle campus, together with 175 acres and 77 buildings, to the neighboring college in Catonsville.
