Maryland State Trooper injured when vehicle struck in work zone on I-695
BALTIMORE – A Maryland State Trooper was injured when their car was struck by one other automobile in a piece zone Monday evening.
The trooper and the opposite driver had been taken to Shock Trauma.
Troopers stated round 9:45 p.m., the trooper was of their automobile within the work zone on the outer loop of I-695 at Perring Parkway close to Parkville.
Preliminary investigation reveals {that a} automobile entered the work zone and struck the trooper’s automobile.
The Maryland Division of Transportation State Freeway Administration is aiding first responders with site visitors management.
Fees are pending, in response to state police.
