Maryland moves closer to closing $1.4 billion deficit with new budget proposal
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Maryland is advancing efforts to address its $1.4 billion deficit as Gov. Wes Moore unveils a nearly $71 billion budget proposal this week.
The plan includes $1.8 billion in cuts, fund shifts, and transfers.
