A mom in Maryland is being charged with second-degree homicide after allegedly failing to supply “enough take care of her daughter,” which resulted in her dying.

Virginia Marie Stone, 45, was charged in relation to the Sept. 30, 2020, dying of her 18-year-old daughter Night Star Stone.

The Charles County Sheriff’s Workplace discovered Night useless on her mattress and her mom, Virginia, advised detectives that she had “a number of underlying medical situations.”
