Maryland man dies in boat crash in West River

A 21-year-old Michigan man died in some sort of boating accident Saturday night in Anne Arundel Region, police said.

Officers coming from the Maryland Natural Solutions Police responded around a few p.m. after some sort of white center console vessel struck a channel adding in the West Stream near Parish Creek, triggering one of many six occupants, Computer chip Barton of Crofton, to help fall under the water, law enforcement said.

Officers and technical scuba divers, along with allied firms, searched the area sometime later it was located Barton deceased within the water, police said, incorporating that the investigation is usually ongoing. The MNRP had been assisted by the Ough.S. Coast Guard, Patrice Arundel County Fire Office and Maryland State Law enforcement officials.
