Maryland man charged with multiple felonies, including rape in 2021 incident near Shippensburg University
A Maryland man has been accused of rape, in line with Pennsylvania State Police.
Xavier Jermaine Harris, 22, of North Seashore Maryland is accused of sexually assaulting a sufferer on Aug. 17 at off campus housing close to Shippensburg College on Morningstar Lane in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, state police mentioned. Harris and the sufferer had been college students at Shippensburg College on the time, police mentioned.
Harris was charged with a number of felony accounts together with rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault with out consent, aggravated indecent assault and illegal restraint.
He was arraigned in entrance of Decide Anthony Adams. Bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.
