Maryland 15-year-old student charged after bringing loaded handgun to school: authorities

A 15-year-old scholar was arrested on Wednesday morning for bringing a loaded handgun to Duval Excessive College in Lanham, Maryland, in line with the Prince George’s County Police Division. 

Safety personnel on the Washington, D.C.-area highschool searched the coed round 10:45 a.m. after studying of the gun, officers mentioned.

The scholar, who has not been recognized by police, was charged with possession of a firearm by a minor, loaded handgun on particular person, and harmful weapon on faculty property.

The handgun was discovered when safety personnel searched the 15-year-old scholar on Wednesday morning, police mentioned.  (Google Maps)

Prince George’s County Public Faculties didn’t instantly reply to a request for touch upon Wednesday afternoon.
