Former Maryland Senator retires from ‘The Larry Young Morning Show’ after 25 years

Former Sen. Larry Younger, host of “The Larry Younger Morning Present” will probably be celebrated on Oct. 27 for his diligent work in the neighborhood and on air as a radio persona. 

Younger will formally retire from WOLB Speak 1010 on Dec. 31. 

The Rev. Al Sharpton, civil rights chief and founding father of Nationwide Motion Community, and Cathy Hughes, founder and chair of Radio One, would be the visitor audio system at Younger’s anniversary and retirement dinner at Martin’s West.
