After a wild carjacking spree that spanned Maryland and D.C. left one person and two dogs dead, and a lot of destruction behind. 22-year-old Daeyon Ross is now being held on a long list of charges, including murder, armed carjacking, and animal cruelty. FOX 5’s Homa Bash reports with the latest.
