Oct. 24 (UPI) — A Maryland girl who beforehand received two $10,000 lottery prizes mentioned a cashier’s urging led her to strive a scratch-off ticket that earned her a $100,000 jackpot.

The 34-year-old Brandywine girl informed Maryland Lottery officers she was at Waldorf Liquors on Crain Freeway in Charles County when the cashier known as her consideration to the brand new Blizzard Bucks scratch-off ticket.

“I truthfully had no intention of taking part in,” the girl mentioned. “The cashier there at Waldorf Liquors identified this new ticket and the urge hit me.”

The participant instantly scratched the ticket off, revealing a $15 prize. She determined to make use of $10 of her winnings to purchase a second ticket, which earned her the $100,000 jackpot.

“After I noticed the $100,000, I could not consider it. I stayed calm, however all I used to be pondering was ‘Oh, my God,’” the winner recalled.

The girl, who mentioned she beforehand received two $10,000 prizes from Decide 4 drawings, mentioned she went out to the parking zone to inform her husband.

“My husband was ready within the automobile. He thought I might gone loopy,” she recalled.

The winner mentioned the jackpot will go towards buying a brand new automobile and saving for her kids’s training fund.
