BGE reports 28,874 customers without power across Maryland
MARYLAND (WBFF) — Thousands of BGE customers are without power Saturday evening, with the largest concentration of outages in Anne Arundel County.
As of Jul. 18 at 5:51 p.m., BGE reported 410 active outages affecting 28,875 customers out of 1,352,094 total customers served.
Anne Arundel County had 20,613 customers affected out of 264,886 served, or 7.78%, across 248 outages.
In Baltimore County, 4,116 customers were affected out of 377,982 served, listed as less than 5%, across 58 outages.
Baltimore City had 468 customers affected out of 286,385 served, listed as less than 5%, across 32 outages.
Harford County reported 489 customers affected out of 111,013 served, listed as less than 5%, across 17 outages.
Carroll County was listed as fewer than five customers affected out of 60,356 served, listed as less than 5%, across two outages.
Howard County reported 2,992 customers affected out of 138,184 served, across 41 outages.
The utility said information is updated approximately every 10 minutes.
