At least 4 people shot in Annapolis, Maryland
Police are investigating a shooting with multiple victims at a home in Annapolis, Maryland, according to initial reports and witnesses. A suspect was taken into custody.
The incident happened at around 8 p.m. on Sunday when officers were called for a shooting with gunshot victims at a home in the 1000 block of Paddington Place in Annapolis.
Initial reports indicated that as many as 7 people were shot, including multiple fatalities, but police have so far confirmed only 4 gunshot victims, including one person who died.
There was no immediate word on the exact circumstances of the shooting but a large number of emergency services responded to the scene. A suspect was taken into custody.
Police plan to provide more details at 10 p.m.
