ANNAPOLIS, MD — Annapolis’ Bates Center College reopened for in-person instruction Tuesday after a heating downside compelled an early dismissal the day prior.

Anne Arundel County Public Colleges introduced Monday at 9:46 a.m. that Bates Center would shut at 10 a.m. that day “resulting from ongoing excessive temperatures in lecture rooms.”

College students started real-time digital lessons Monday at midday.

AACPS introduced Monday at 6:45 p.m. that “all techniques are working correctly” and that the college would reopen on time Tuesday for in-person lessons.
