In December 2018, Alhaji Bah, appellant, was indicted within the Circuit Courtroom for Prince George’s County for common-law homicide, conspiracy to commit homicide, and different firearms prices referring to the taking pictures of James Puryear, Jr. on June 26, 2018. The day following the taking pictures, the police interviewed appellant, and so they searched his mobile phone after appellant signed a consent kind. Appellant filed a movement to suppress the proof towards him, arguing that the police violated Miranda and illegally searched his mobile phone.
