The Jigsaw Development is also home to
Mister Car Wash,
which opened in January.
Soon to be joining the eastern edge of the property are the development’s final two tenants, a 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee kiosk and Take 5 Oil Change, according to MidAmerica leasing agent Tricia Pitchford. The projects were approved by the city’s planning commission in spring.
The Duluth 7 Brew is the company’s second Minnesota location, with the other operating from Bemidji, according to the company’s website. It has 433 stands nationwide.
The 650-square-foot coffee kiosk will feature one drive-thru lane and parking for up to five vehicles. The menu features coffees, lattes, energy drinks, infused sparkling waters, teas, lemonades, smoothies and shakes.
Take 5 has 60 locations nationwide. Duluth’s site is one of five service locations opening in the coming months, the company’s website said. It offers fast, stay-in-your-vehicle oil changes.
