Mister Car Wash,

which opened in January.

Soon to be joining the eastern edge of the property are the development’s final two tenants, a 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee kiosk and Take 5 Oil Change, according to MidAmerica leasing agent Tricia Pitchford. The projects were approved by the city’s planning commission in spring.
