A team of volunteers, such as Trent Burke, left, with the New Orleans Saints, stand in a human chain as they move stacks of 30 lbs. bags of oyster shells in Violet on Friday, December 6, 2024. Staff with the Super Bowl host committee, along with NFL Green, Force Blue, Chefs Brigade, and others groups such as students from across St. Bernard Parish spent the morning helping the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana with recycling their shells which will be used to build a living reef in lower Lafourche Parish.
