One of the suspects in the alleged rape of Louisiana State University student Madison Brooks recorded a video saying they were going to rape her, an attorney for the family claims.

Kerry Miller, Brooks’ mother’s attorney told Fox News Digital that on the recording from the driver’s seat, Casen Carver, 18, can be heard saying ‘These guys are crazy. They finna rape her.’

The clip was played in court after a lawyer for another suspect, Desmond Carter, 17, made a motion to lower his bond.

Brooks was hit by a car after being seen leaving the bar she worked at with a group of men in the early morning hours of January 15.

Miller said videos and evidence from areas surrounding Reggie’s Bar in Baton Rouge were shown during the hearing, offering insight as to what really happened that night.

None of the evidence can be released to the public due to an agreement made between the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office and defense attorneys.

The two parties had a disagreement over leaks after video of emerged of Brooks slurring her words and apologizing to the four men in the car.

Carver; Carter, 18; Everett Lee, 28; and Kaivon Washington, 18, have all been charged over the alleged rape of Brooks.

Brooks had been drinking at the bar when she was approached by the group.

Miller said prosecutors played video where Brooks is heard screaming ‘Get off.’

Surveillance images displayed the suspects’ car in the same spot for approximately 20 minutes.

‘You can’t really see what’s going on inside the car from the surveillance camera,’ Miller described the images. ‘Someone hung a T-shirt on one of the back windows to block the view of what was going on in the back seat.’

According to Miller, the video shows loud rap music being played the whole time and at one point it shows Washington shoving Brooks down in the backseat.

Washington and Carter both admit to sexual activity with the victim.

At 3 a.m. the defendants drop Brooks off on the side of the road when she is hit by a ride-share car shortly after.

Documents reveal she had a .319 percent of alcohol in her system and police say she would not have been able to consent to sexual activity.

Ashley Baustert, Brooks mother, revealed the last text her daughter sent her was ‘I love you!!!’ and included a picture with one of her sorority sister’s sons.

Baustert immediately suspected foul play, ‘I know something was wrong. I know something terrible happened,’ she said. ‘Based on the circumstances of how she was hit, where she was, the time and her being alone.’

The judge lowered Carter’s bail to $100,000 and it is unclear if he has been released.

All the suspects have pleaded not guilty.
