RAYVILLE, La. (KNOE) – A new mural has been unveiled in Richland Parish at the downtown Rayville Courtyard Park. The mural was completed with funds given to the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council through a Louisiana Project Grant.

NELA Arts Council worked closely with the Richland Parish Revitalization Committee to create a mural representing the parish’s culture and arts. Daniel Myers and Ashley Greer were the artists chosen to complete the mural. Richland Parish Chamber of Commerce says the mural piece was designed to represent local artists Po’ Henry and Tookie and Gene Stewart.
