Louisiana football vs Tulane: Live updates, highlights from Week 4 game

The biggest test of the season is finally here for Louisiana football as it hosts a familiar in-state foe Tulane for Week 4 of the 2024 season.

The Cajuns (2-0) handled their first two opponents with ease, scoring close to 75 points and only allowing 20 points in two games. With the Green Wave (1-2) en route to Cajun Field, they will be facing the most dynamic offense to date. Tulane is led by redshirt freshman quarterback Darian Mensah and in the backfield by redshirt sophomore Makhi Hughes.

The young offense has found the endzone a combined seven times with Mensah’s five passing touchdowns and Hughes’s two rushing touchdowns. For the Cajuns, their offense has a little more experience with redshirt senior quarterback Ben Wooldridge at the helm. He’ll be looking to pick up where he left off as he is currently ranked fifth in the Sun Belt Conference in passing yards (497).

No matter the offensive approach of the two squads the in-state matchup will surely be a dogfight with bragging rights on the line and the No. 2 spot for college football in Louisiana wide open.
