Louisiana family raises brain injury awareness after loved one dies choking on sandwich

OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) — A Louisiana household desires to extend consciousness for these with disabilities as they proceed to recollect a liked one misplaced.

Kim Smith says her brother, Brett Lanclos, 50, had a mind damage since delivery that induced him to wish 24-hour supervision.
