On February 19th, Louisiana opened the 2nd Extraordinary Session focusing on crime, adjourning on February 29th.

Today, March 11th, the Pelican State’s 2024 Regular Legislative session begins.  As in previous years, we expect to see bills on hunting, fishing, and trapping issues, but rest assured, the Sportsmen’s Alliance will keep you up to speed every step of the way.

We will monitor the session and work to ensure sportsmen’s rights continue to be protected in Louisiana. Most importantly, when we alert on something that requires action on your part, reach out to your friends and family to let them know what’s going on and how they can help too.

As always, check out www.sportsmensalliance.org and follow us on social media for breaking updates.  Take a moment to also urge your friends and family to sign up for the regular updates and action items.
