La. Rose Parade float wins award
BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A Louisiana float within the Rose Bowl Parade has been honored with an award.
In line with the Louisiana Workplace of Tourism, the Celebration Riverboat float was awarded the Showmanship Award for essentially the most excellent show of showmanship and leisure.
The float is being featured within the Rose Parade in California on Monday, Jan. 2.

In line with the Louisiana Lieutenant Governor’s Workplace, the float depicts the wealthy cultural heritage of the Bayou State and options greater than 35,000 flowers. They’re being mounted to the float within the hours main as much as the parade.
Singer and Louisiana music ambassador Lainey Wilson is performing in the course of the parade.
