WEST MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On Thursday, Ouachita Parish Sheriff deputies responded to a trespassing grievance at a neighborhood retailer on the 5300 block of Cypress Road.

The shop supervisor suggested deputies that they requested former East Carroll Parish Sheriff Dale S. Rinicker, 84, to depart the shop after he allegedly made sexual feedback to the feminine workers.

In accordance with the supervisor, Rinicker refused to depart the premises, which pressured the supervisor to name authorities. Deputies suggested Rinicker of his Miranda Rights.

Whereas deputies have been advising Rinicker of his rights, Rinicker reportedly talked loudly. As soon as deputies tried to position Rinicker in handcuffs, he started to drag away.
